OVERSIZED TRANSPORT
We organise oversized transport of machines, structures and heavy cargo that require individual route analysis, transport set selection and formal coordination.
We transport excavators, loaders, rollers and backhoe loaders on low-bed or multi-axle trailers. Weight, axle loads and securing movable components are critical, so we select the route, loading ramps and restraint system for the specific machine.
We transport combine harvesters, tractors, sprayers and seed drills, taking the seasonal nature of field work into account. For larger models, we remove the header or attachments, secure the machine with chains and plan the route around the overall width and height of the combination.
We transport haul trucks, heavy-duty excavators, crushers and screens for mines and quarries. With very heavy loads, the key factors are low-bed or modular trailers, correct axle-load distribution and permits for the designated route.
We transport transformers, autotransformers, reactors and substation modules for power grids, renewable energy projects and industry. These loads combine high weight with a sensitive centre of gravity, requiring heavy platforms, bridge analysis and precise securing.
We transport mobile, Dutch-style and modular homes as cargo, not as trailers. The key factors are clearance height and width, access to the site, escorting and preparation of the unloading area, sometimes with the use of a crane.
We transport harvesters, forwarders, wood chippers and forestry tractors on low-bed or tiefbett trailers. Wide tyres, attachments and access from forest terrain are the main challenges, so we carefully select loading ramps, securing points and the route.

FLEET AND SETS
A four-axle tractor unit for abnormal-load combinations, designed to work with low-bed, modular and telescopic trailers. It provides high traction, smooth starts under heavy loads and precise manoeuvring on special routes.
8x4/4 configuration, power up to 640 hp, torque up to 3,000 Nm, combinations up to 250 t.
A tiefbett trailer in a 5+3 configuration for heavy machinery and tall loads where low transport height and even axle-load distribution are critical. The multi-axle configuration improves stability, while hydraulic suspension helps negotiate uneven surfaces and construction sites.
Heavy-duty low-bed class, suspension stroke up to 600 mm, axle steering up to 60°.
A hydraulic modular trailer for the heaviest industrial loads: transformers, tanks, steel structures and energy-sector components. Modules can be connected longitudinally and laterally, matching the number of axle lines to the load's weight and dimensions.
2–6 axle lines per module, any number of modules per combination, up to 10 t per axle line. Modular combinations are intended for loads of 100 t and above.
A telescopic trailer for very long components, primarily wind-turbine blades, but also beams and steel structures. The extendable frame, steered axles and high torsional rigidity enable safe movement over long distances and through tight bends.
2–6 axles or special versions; extended length approx. 65–74.65 m, depending on the version.
An extended tiefbett configuration for very heavy and tall loads where more axles, a lower deck and improved load distribution are required. The front bogie increases the front-end capacity and improves stability when transporting machinery and industrial components.
Low-bed configurations with 1–4 axle bogies, payload in this class up to approx. 135 t, suspension stroke up to 600 mm.
A seven-axle semi-low-loader for heavy machinery and abnormal loads, designed to distribute weight safely over more axles. This configuration combines high payload capacity with good manoeuvrability on special routes.
5–8 axle class, deck height approx. 790 mm, 600 mm suspension stroke, steering up to 60°.
A lightweight extendable semi-low-loader for construction machinery, structures and longer loads where extra deck length is needed without a heavy multi-axle configuration. It performs well in day-to-day operations while keeping mobilisation costs low.
2–4 axles, single telescope, low deck; also available with hydraulic widening.
A classic four-axle tiefbett for construction machinery, process equipment and tall loads. The lowered deck helps maintain a safe overall transport height without sacrificing manoeuvrability.
Low-bed trailers in this class usually offer 20–50 t payload, steered axles, and hydraulic suspension raising and lowering.
An extendable six-axle semi-low-loader for heavy and long loads requiring high payload capacity together with an extendable deck. Pendular axles and hydraulic steering maintain good manoeuvrability even on more demanding routes.
5–8 axles, single or double telescope, width 2,550 / 2,850 / 3,000 mm, deck height approx. 790 mm.
The 4+1 combination pairs a low deck with an additional front axle, improving fifth-wheel load distribution and making it suitable for heavier tracked machinery and concentrated loads. It is a practical solution for routes requiring a balance between capacity and manoeuvrability.
1–2 axle front bogie, compact combination length, low loading height.
A heavy low-bed combination for the most demanding abnormal-load transport. The very low deck accommodates tall loads, while the additional two-axle bogie increases stability, capacity and safety for high-weight cargo.
For heavy loads, 2-axle dolly or 1–4 axle bogie, payload in this class up to approx. 80 t.
An extendable eight-axle variant for transporting long, heavy industrial components such as machinery, tanks and steel structures. The large number of axles keeps axle loads within limits, while the extendable frame provides flexibility for different dimensions.
5–8 axles, single or double telescope, deck height approx. 790 mm, suspension stroke 600 mm.
An extendable four-axle semi-low-loader is a versatile solution for machinery, precast components and loads longer than standard. It offers greater capacity than a three-axle configuration while remaining simpler and faster to mobilise than heavy multi-axle combinations.
4 axles, single telescope, low deck; versions in this class are also available for machinery weighing approx. 40 t.
A compact tiefbett trailer for smaller but still tall and heavy machinery. It is suitable where a low deck, fast loading and good manoeuvrability on construction sites and local roads are required.
3 axles, low deck height; versions in this class usually cover approx. 20–30 t depending on construction.
